1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SetlistBet (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of setlistbet.com and the SetlistBet mobile application.

2. What SetlistBet Is

SetlistBet is a fan engagement and entertainment platform. Users predict setlists for live music events for fun, competition, and bragging rights.

SetlistBet is not a gambling or wagering platform. No real money is wagered, won, or lost through SetlistBet. Points, badges, and leaderboard rankings have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SetlistBet. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to gain competitive advantages is prohibited
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or manipulated WAVEs reports to gain competitive advantage
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to submit picks or reports
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service
• Harass other users or post offensive content
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose

6. WAVEs Live Reporting

The WAVEs feature allows venue-verified users to report songs during live shows. By using WAVEs you agree that:

• You will only check in when you are physically present at the venue
• You will only report songs that are actually being performed
• False reports are a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension
• You grant us permission to collect your location at the time of check-in

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SetlistBet — including the design, code, logos, and text — is owned by SetlistBet and protected by copyright law. Song titles and artist names are the property of their respective owners and are used for fan entertainment purposes only.

SetlistBet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, band, venue, or music label featured on the platform.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

SetlistBet currently offers free access to core features. Premium subscription tiers may be introduced in the future. When available:

• Subscription fees will be clearly disclosed before purchase
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are available within 48 hours of a charge if no premium features have been used
• Apple App Store and Google Play Store subscription policies apply to purchases made through those platforms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SetlistBet is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that odds and predictions will be accurate. Setlist data is sourced from third parties (setlist.fm, Ticketmaster) and may contain errors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SetlistBet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.
